Late Nite

Hello my fabulous readers. I hope that this post finds you in a peaceful and blissful state of mind, which I have to confess that I am in. The Best Things of Life

The best of life are not the things in your life but are the moments that are your life.  So I have been creating my moments in my virtual world because I'm still scared for my self, my family, my friends and coworkers. The unsureness is frightening. I am thankful everyone is still safe and well and I do hope my lovely readers that the same goes for you.  However you choose to make your moments be sure to make the best of them and enjoy them to the fullest. Well on to my post.

Steampunk Wishes

Hello my fellow SLifers, I hope that this hump day has brought you over the hill of the mid week in great fortitudinous (yasss yo gurl knows somethings~smiles). It has for me, I am so happy looking forward to the end of the week and an extra day for the weekend from the holiday. I do hope that everyone stays safe and enjoy their weekend.

But I come to you today to share another small piece of my second life that I love and that is steampunk. I am so fascinated by the complex merging of two eras that steampunk creates. I especially love the color hues of rusted tans, low burning oranges and deep golds and coppers. I think that that would have been my era, my world! I am a science fiction gurl with a little fantasy to boot so that would have been a fitting time for me!

So of course I made my way inworld to the Engine Room Event. They had the ultimate products for steampunk ranging from tattoos, clothing, masks, hair, and huds. It was a wonderful event, I hope that some of you were able to attend, I was very happy that I had the chance to do so. I picked up a few items and I am sharing a photo of my fav one! A little gear Seahorse that is so adorable I had to have it right away! So I'm ready for the next event, there are so many to choose from for almost anyone's wishes, fantasies, and desires! Simply Bohemian

"Let us dance in the sun, wearing wild flowers in our hair": author unknown. Fitting for my inspiration for MI.CO's release Gabriela for Swank Boho Chic Event. I felt my good vibes with this one, becoming one with the bohemian ideals to love who you are, be humble, keep your words, be independent and to always fight for a cause. Love it! Gabriela is a bohemian look perfect for these vibes. As the world pushes on and we try to find a sense of normalcy I welcome you to my blog all you lovely people. I have to say that I am an individual that does not typically pass up on anything free and of course I know that I am not alone in that! I also am a second lifer that enjoys the chameleon like style that can be had in second life. I have an inventory full of different avatar looks and styles, bento heads, bodies, shapes you name it! So, with that being said I jumped on the recent free Catwa Freya head release. Now we know that is a unicorn but one of those real rare ones, like for instance an elemental one...lol! I will also admit that I am a fan of Catwa, another rare thing of late but I am. I have always liked that Catwa is more affordable for a full bento head (for my budget) and that there are a range of facial features to choose from. So as I said I got the Freya head. I just so happened to be up late inworld and the post came up in the Catwa group so I was able to grab one up right away. Well I have adjusted and readjusted until I am satisfied with the shape I have for this beautiful head. It is nice when creators do give recognition to their customers however they choose to do so and I hope that Catwa will continue to!
